Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original condition (unless the issue is damage/defect).
- Perishable goods may not be eligible unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Process
- Start a request via the Contact page with your order ID.
- We will review and provide return or replacement instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
