Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition (unless the issue is damage/defect).
  • Perishable goods may not be eligible unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Process

  1. Start a request via the Contact page with your order ID.
  2. We will review and provide return or replacement instructions.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
